    We strive to give our customers the best experience possible. If for whatever reason, your order is faulty or does not arrive we will fully refund you and do our absolute best to make your experience as amazing as possible!

    Order Cancellation

    Order cancellation is not possible once your order leaves our warehouse. If you choose to cancel you order before it leaves our warehouse, we will fully refund you & cancel the order promptly.

    If your order has already left our warehouse, you may return it to us for a full refund - package must be un-opened to be accepted for a return & refund. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests if you do not comply with this.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    If your unhappy with your order you can contact us at help@definze.com and we will do our best to see that your satisfied with your experience shopping with us. Refunds will not be accepted while an item is in transit - with the exception of any order taking more than 90 business days to arrive from the point of order. Any order that is lost during shipping or takes longer than 90 business days can be refunded while in transit. If your order is faulty upon arrival then you are entitled to a partial or full refund depending on your situation will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Returns                                                               

    As of now we do not accept any returns, however if you are unhappy with your order please contact us on help@defineze.com our team will validate your order in line with our refund policy. If you are entitled to a partial or full refund then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

    Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
